Bricks & GigglesSCAN. COLLECT. BUILD.

DRAFT · AWAITING OPERATOR REVIEW

Terms of use

This is a review draft. It is not available for customer acceptance until the operator adds their business details and publishes a reviewed version.

About the service

Bricks & Giggles helps adult collectors identify, organise and value their collections. The service operator and support contact are shown above. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over. Parents may manage their own family collection. Keep your account secure and use the service lawfully.

Your collection

You retain ownership of your collection records and uploaded photos. You give the operator permission to store and process them to provide the features you use. Upload only material you have permission to use. Other collectors cannot access your private inventory through this service.

Scanning and valuations

Image recognition can make mistakes. Confirm the item, colour, quantity and condition before adding it. A price guide is an estimate based on a dated source, currency and condition; it is not an offer, guaranteed sale price, insurance valuation or investment advice. Availability and data coverage may vary.

Beta access and payments

This release is a private beta with no subscription checkout. No payment is taken by this version. When offered on the standalone customer release, a no-card trial lasts 14 days and then returns to Free automatically. Existing collection records remain available; adding records or running recognition above the Free allowance is limited. Any future paid plan must show its price, limits, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. Third-party marketplaces have their own terms and fees.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, access another customer's data, upload unlawful content or attempt to extract provider credentials. We may restrict misuse or suspend access where necessary to protect the service, and provide a way to contact support.

Data and leaving

You can export your records and request access, correction or deletion from Account & privacy. We may retain records where required by law or to address disputes, and will explain any applicable retention. Privacy choices are separate from agreeing to these terms.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Service changes and material terms changes will be communicated; a new version must be accepted when required. Contact support about issues before further dispute steps. This independent service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the LEGO Group, BrickLink or Rebrickable.

Subscription billing (when activated)

Paid memberships use the AUD price and billing frequency shown before purchase. They renew automatically until cancelled through Manage billing. Cancel before the next renewal; scheduled cancellation retains the paid period. Requests about refunds or billing errors can be sent to support and do not limit applicable consumer rights. A no-card trial is separate and never converts automatically. Recognition allowances reset each UTC calendar month, including annually billed plans; unused requests do not roll over. Changing a plan changes its allowance without clearing that month’s usage. Existing records remain available after a downgrade, with limits on additions and recognition.
